Looking Back Through The Lens
My first post, and really, the introduction to this photo blog. This blog is actually not about me, nor it’s about the models. But it’s about the photographers really, and the fun we have in doing this. Basically I just titled the blog Cosplay as it would mean more hits at Google >:)
I got the idea for this blog when reading (the now discontinued) Formula 1 Racing Magazine, where the editor, with the help of various photographers from various medias to submit their photos from the race weekend for everyone to see. Thus, what we have here is a photblog that features the what the photographers would classify as his best picture. A best picture can never be gauged by a specific rule, as different people will have different likings and taste, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The pictures will be tagged with who the photographers are, who were the subject/s, and most importantly, the tools of the trade used to take the picture

What I wanted to do with this pic was get a good reflection of the mirror, while blurring the real subject, which in this case was Angie. I really like this as the result was a really sharp reflection, and if I’d crop her out, you’d be mistaken the reflection for the real person. Also Miku’s tugging her bowtie can be either she is straightening it, or she’s about to start undressing. It’s up to your imagination really.
