Did a Pandora Hearts shoot with Celine at Full House two weeks ago. Never liked my 24mm lens, and is usually happy with my 50mm and 55-200mm. Don’t blame the lens tho, I am the one not fully understanding how to use it’s potential. But she requested a full body shot from above, so that’s the only option I had.

Turned out pretty well. The lens was surprisingly sharp at F2.8. Altho it did not capture Alice’s crazy side, it does the job quite well. But man I need to practice more orz

Thankfully the shoot was a fun one, especially working with Celine and also Melissa. They might look cute and innocent, but they are quite a fun loving pair. Thanks guys!

I had the liberty of being a media during the last Anime Festival Asia in Singapore last weekend, and one of our perks was we were able to go inside some of the restricted area, such as the judges area during the Regional Cosplay Championship. I was able to get this picture of my twitter friend, and also guest judge Alodia Gosiengfiao who was cosplaying as Dorobo from the series Yatterman.

She was really smoking hot in person, and the picture can’t really do her justice. This was the last picture I took before my flash’s battery died, thus it was a good thing that it turned out fine as I won’t have another chance. My 55-200mm lense means that I have quite a tight crop, especially when the place was quite crowded. But anyways I managed to get the shot I wanted.

If evil is this beautiful, I am more than willing to be her slave…

I am not a Taiga fan, more so when she is voiced by Tanaka Rie. But I must admit that this one done by Fang Fang is really cute. Have to keep the ISO quite high, even tho the place is actually well lit! Would also have preferred a more contrasting background, but this was quite good already. Her round face might not be the same as Taiga’s more prominent sharp looking one, but it does makes her looks cuter, thus less irritating for me XD

My first jumping pic, kinda badly framed sadly. Florence was supposed to be Akiyama Mio from the K-On! ed PV No Thank You!. I was about to go somewhere else when I spotted her jumping and I had just the time to focus at her landing and take this shot.

Somehow I got this funny expression from Annie during the recent Asaban fest. And really, it made me cracked up every time I saw that pic. Somehow her face really suits that kind of expression. Thank you Annie for this picture XD

Did this photoshoot at Thean Hou Gong before CNY. Saw an open window in one of the small deity room at the temple, so I ask Arisa to pose there with her pao container. Guess the result looks like she’s making a delivery ^^. A lot of people like this photos in my dA, so decided to post it here as well.

My last shot with this camera before I am sending it for realignment, the OOF is quite apparent now, but thankfully I managed to get a decent shot. The place is quite dark, so either I bumped up the ISO like everyone did, or use the flash. And thankfully for this one I used the flash, and got quite a good effect on the bubbles. Kakachang was not amused tho when I said she looked kinda pregnant in that costume lol. Sorry. I swear I won’t do it again :p

My first attempt on using the “soft” effect on my picture. Mostly I like mine sharp, but somehow I feel like this one needs a more “dreamish” feel to it, as Kuzuryu had said it. Thankfully it works nicely on this picture. What’s more, this was a candid shot as we were taking a break and she was drinking her tea for real due to thirst. Gomen for taking this shot without permission. I’ll make it up to you later
